In the present invention, there is disclosed a compensation device for a proportional pneumatic distributor comprising an inlet connection (12) for connecting to a working medium source, at least one outlet connection (13) for connecting with a working space of a pneumatic motor, at least one exhaust connection (16) and a control device (17). The compensation device further comprises a microprocessor compensation unit (2) having its inputs connected to at least a pressure sensor (5) arranged at the pneumatic distributor inlet (1) immediately in front of an inlet to a slide valve thereof, to pressure sensors (3, 4) arranged in the pneumatic distributor (1) outlets immediately after its slide valve outlet, and a temperature sensor (6) arranged at the pneumatic distributor (1) inlet (1), whereby the output of the microprocessor compensation unit (2) is connected to the input of the pneumatic distributor (1) control device (17).
