In the present invention, there is disclosed a solid matter laser system, based on the Raman stimulated scattering, which generates laser radiation on a wavelength of 1530 nm that is safe for eyes. The pump laser of the invented system is generated on the base of Nde3+:YAP crystal and the Raman optical oscillator is based on the BaWOi4 crystal. Q-switching of the pumping laser is made by a saturated absorber (2) from Ve3+:YAG. For pumping the Raman optical oscillator, which is located inside the pumping laser optical resonator, there is used a wavelength of 1340 nm. In order to suppress the base wavelength of 1079 nm, the laser system according to the present invention is arranged in the L-letter configuration.
