The present invention relates to a device for determining response of high-quality concrete slabs when loading thereof with impacts, the device comprising a main loading tower (1) placed on a pair of absorption supports (2, 3), which are fixedly secured to earth, whereby the loading tower is provided with a weight (11), for generation of impact and each absorption support (2, 3) is provided with a force sensor (15) with high resolution frequency to monitor supporting reactions, wherein an auxiliary cross beam (18) for monitoring the supporting reactions is attached to the main loading tower (1) and the pair of the absorption supports (2, 3) wherein said auxiliary cross beam (18), being situated at a sufficient distance from the absorption supports (1, 2), is provided with a pair of inductive pick-offs (16) for monitoring deflection of a concrete slab (13).
