The device for biological treatment and post-treatment of waste water contains a bioreactor (1) intended for biological treatment of waste water, and a device (2) filtering, designed for additional treatment of biologically treated from fine water. The filtration device (2) contains a pumping chamber (15), a sedimentation zone (33), a filtration zone (35), including a layer (37) of filtering material, a permeable bottom grate (34) and an accumulation zone (55) for additional purified water located between the upper level of the layer (37) of filtering material and the outlet (30) of the zone (35) filtration. The inlet (26) for biologically treated wastewater from the bioreactor (1) and the outlet (77) serve as an outlet for the waste water and sludge generated by backwashing the settling zone (33) and the filtration zone (35), and are located in the deposition zone (33) below the permeable bottom grid (34) of the layer (37) of filtering material, and the outlet (77) is connected by means of a connecting pipe (25) to the pump chamber (15), while the suction opening (19) of the pumping device (17, 63) is located at the bottom of the pumping chamber (15), and the outlet (20) of the pressure pipe (18, 70) leads from the pumping device (17, 63) to the bioreactor (1).
