The invention relates to a microfluidic flow analyzer for detecting pathology. A microfluidic flow analyzer contains a plurality of buffer channels, a sample channel, a central flow channel, a plurality of optical excitation channels, and a plurality of receiving optical channels. A plurality of optical excitation channels and a plurality of receiving optical channels are arranged at a predetermined angle to the central flow channel. Many optical excitation channels excite the cell in the sample solution flowing through the central flow channel. An excited cell generates one or more optical signals. One or more optical signals are received by multiple receiving optical channels. A microfluidic flow analyzer comprises a plurality of detectors located on each of a plurality of receiving optical channels to detect one of said one or more optical signals. The detected optical signal is transmitted to the computing unit to detect pathology.
