The shock method of excavation using rolling friction or suspension friction and a wear-resistant rock hammer machine using the specified method. The mining machine contains a shock part with a reciprocating motion (3). The shock part with a reciprocating movement contains a shock drive device (4), a device with a reciprocating movement and a shock head (6). The reciprocating device comprises a rubbing body (38), a support (39) of a rubbing body, a shock directing element (5.1) and a position limiting mechanism. The rubbing body (38) is located between the support (39) of the rubbing body and the impact-guiding element (5.1) and inside the mechanism limiting the position, forming a rolling guide. The impact drive device is arranged with a damage prevention mechanism, a rotary power buffer device, and a structural buffer device, so that the shock head reciprocates and has rolling or suspension friction under the support of the impact guiding element, thereby preventing damage to the power drive device and the channel guide device force to prevent damage and preventing impact vibration caused by the shock in a dull motion, to the car body and other parts. Consequently, overall stability is enhanced and the service life is extended.
