In case of eye edema dinaf is instilled in the eyes and/or eyelids are salved with a hydrocortisone ointment. 4-8 mg of dexamethasone or 30-60 mg of prednisolone are administered intravenously or intramuscularly. In case of mucuos nose edema nasal drops are instilled and an ointment comprising a corticosteroid preparation is salved.
