摘要

The invention relates to digital communication technology and can be used in railway transport for organization of operative-technological communication between railway workers in charge of forming train movement. The technical result is aimed at optimization of channel resources of primary networks of operative-technological communication by forming a lower level ring, the functions of a bypass direction of which are executed by a part of an upper level ring. A system includes a double-level ring network architecture based on the lower and upper level rings. The main direction of the upper level ring includes a control station with control boards. At each section of the operative-technological communication in points of the lower level ring there are provided a bridge station and executive stations with control boards. The executive stations and the bridge station are connected in series to the main direction of the lower level ring, for forming a bypass direction of which the stations provided in extreme ring points, are connected to the network with packet switching via corresponding gateways. The bridge stations are connected in series to the main direction of the upper level ring and for forming a bypass direction of the upper level ring its main direction is connected to the network with packet switching via other corresponding gateways.
