A multilayer structure for an OLED device, the multilayer structure comprising a transparent substrate and an internal light emitting layer on one side of the transparent substrate, where the internal light emitting layer includes: (1) a diffusing region composed of diffusing elements composed of solid particles and pores, and solid particles have a density that decreases with distance from the interface with a transparent substrate, and pores have a density that increases with distance from the interface a transparent substrate; and (2) a free area in which there are no scattering elements formed at a predetermined depth from the inner, light-producing surface opposite to the interface.
