AUTONOMOUS, SIMPLE AND SMALL-SIZED UNIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LIQUID FUEL(DIESEL ,GASOLINE) VIA PYROLYSIS OF RECYCLED PLASTICS OF VARIOUS ADMIXTURES, USE OF THE SUITABLE METHOD AND CONFIGURATIONS OF ASTABLE REACTOR WITH NO USE OF CATALYSTS

摘要

Novelty: a pyrolysis unit applicable for the recycling of low-purity plastics of varying admixtures (except for PVC and PET) is disclosed. Constitution: the geometry of the unit's structure comprises a steady and non-rotary unified pyrolysis chamber of adequate dimension and a reaction chamber being extended into columns-tubes which are of adequate-length and cross section and allow the recirculation of the condensations of the pyrolytic vapors. The desired quality of liquid fuel (diesel and gasoline) is produced in a simple, safe and easily-regulated manner without catalysts and with efficiency greater than 85% v/w in liquid H/C. Advantages: simplicity, low construction cost, safety, simple regulation method, small dimensions, use of plastic of various types possibly containing admixtures such as paints, metal, water, wood or elastics; all these advantages make the invention be accessible to minor and local recyclers with the greatest possible safety as to the production process and the quality of the produced hydrocarbons.
