The product i s taken o f a coefficient (Bi) and central axis vertical sectional areas ( Si , S 2) of dust source search r e gions relating t o evaluation points (iM , ) at a coordinate point (p) in first and second generation source search regions (g ( M, it), g i )) having a central axis extending t o the windward side o f a representative wind direction (WD), with the evaluation points (iM , as start points; and assumed dust amounts (Ei, E 2) are calculated. I t i s then determined whether the ratio o f the assumed dust amounts (Ei, E2) falls within a predetermined range.
