A pioneer Analog to Digital converter using different combinations of switching element is designed to reduce the short circuit power dissipation. The proposed design is unique circuit combination with efficient power utilization. A speculative and newly design of 4×1 multiplexer circuit is implemented as low leakage consumed device. This circuit is completely novel and much efficient because of its interconnection of MOS. An innovative design of MOS based differential amplifier circuit is proposed. The circuit is designed in such a way that the power couldn’t be transfer directly from the supply source to the ground. Because of this significance, the power utilization factor (PUF) is well recovered and utilization of proper MOS combination in the circuit reduced the leakage power dissipation.
