A PROCESS OF SEX DETERMINATION IN CASUARINA JUNGHUHNIANA The present disclosure relates to a process of determination of the sex of a Casuarina junghuhniana plant at an early stage of development before sex determination based on morphology is possible. The present disclosure specifically relates to a PCR based method to detect the sex of a Casuarina junghuhniana plant.
