Grounding device (100), with servo-vise clamp, comprising: a vise ground (102), equipped with a mechanical locking system, which is provided with a mechanical switch; a grounding clip (104), equipped with a mechanical locking mechanism which is provided with a mechanical switch; being indicated vise ground (102) connected by an insulated electrical conductor (106) to the said gripper ground (104), the said clamp grounding (104) in its initial state closed and condemned being their locking mechanism, while closing the associated mechanical switch; and being the ground vise indicated in its open and unlocked initial state and being the said mechanical switch associated also open; characterized in that: the said vise ground (102) is further equipped: with an electronic control circuit which is integrated in the indicated mechanical switch of said vise ground; with an unlocking device actuated electronically controlled, wherein preferably a separate electronic circuit; with an electronic memory which contains at least the unique identifier and preferably has a separate electronic circuit; an electronic connector, which includes the various electronic circuitry for external connection; and the said clamp grounding (104) is further equipped: with an electronic control circuit which is integrated in the said mechanical switch indicated grounding clip; a controlled release device and presenting the indicated electronically actuated release device preferably a separate electronic circuit; with an electronic memory which contains at least the unique identifier and that has preferably a separate electronic circuit, the identifier specified clip grounding (104) associated with the identifier of the vise land (102) being the clamp which said grounding (104) is connected by its insulated electrical conductor cable (106); and an electronic connector (112, 114), which comprises various electronic circuits for external connection.
