Described is a system for integrating information referent to the measurement of oil storage levels in auto repair shops and generating electronic reports via WEB where a system of human-computer interaction allows the user to find the optimum path for the recollection from a specified amount. The system may be used for collecting any of the repair assets related to the dynamic of maintenance and replacement of auto parts. The operation is as follows: an electronic system captures the storage levels of the liquid concentrated into the container. The information is captured and transmitted to a WEB server where it is stored and the required calculations performed so that when a collector user may require a predetermined amount he may check the corresponding sites in an ordered manner until he may integrate the corresponding levels.
