摘要

A novel form for reducing the impulsive noise with sporadic appearance, random duration and amplitude in an electric power signal. The aforementioned is performed by the fuzzy digital filtering method of present invention. For softening or reducing the impulsive noise of a signal, it is required that the intelligent filter includes a (a) generator of impulsive noise, (b) identification error, (c) a limit of convergence error, (e) a fuzzy inference, (f) a knowledge base and (g) an output inference. This method comprises the stages of predictor and identifier based on a model of the black box type with a fuzzy-type architecture, a noise canceller considering the signal average and allowing the impulsive noise to be reduced in a 99.9%, thus having a minimum perturbation resulting into a power signal with softened noise in the stochastic-type perturbations with exponential decline, which is described as sporadic impulsive noise.
