A portable infusion system IV for fixing a catheter, which eliminates any possibility of being moved or removed in any medical intervention, avoiding therefore any type of damage or discomfort to the patient. The fluid bag is connected to an elastic band or bracelet acting as a container, which is located in the arm of the patient (upper portion of the elbow), this elastic band containing snaps for sustaining and fixing the bag. A hose through which fluid is flowed is connected to both the bag and the IV, and will be as short as possible. A medium will regulate the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid inside the IV fluid container so as to control the infusion speed. An adaptable bracelet is arranged in the part of the arm where the IV is to be inserted, this may contain the elastic bands useful for fixing and fastening the IV with snaps. The bracelet where the IV is fixed also includes elastic bands with their respective snaps for fixing the hose when this is twisted due to the setting position of the IV.
