The present invention refers to means for using toilets in a suitable manner, more particularly the invention referring to an alarm mechanism formed by a plunger, a cylinder or container for storing water and gradually releasing it, a battery, a speaker or buzzer; the invention is intended to detect if the toilet tank has been properly filled, if not the alarm may warn the user against the toilet malfunctioning.
