The Invention relates to an Injector beam of neutral Atoms based on negative ions which comprises a negative ion Source, an Accelerator and a Neutralizer to produce a Beam of neutral Atoms approximately 5 MW with an energy of about 0.50 to 1.0 MeV.The ions produced in the ION source is preaceleran before injection into an Accelerator High Energy through an Electrostatic Grid preacelerador Multiple Openings, which is used for extracting beams of ions from the plasma and accelerated to some fraction of the Energy Beam required.The Beam from the ION Source through a pair of Magnets of deviation, which allow the beam to move eccentrically before entering the High Energy Accelerator. After the acceleration to full energy, the beam enters the Neutralizer in which becomes partially in a Beam of neutral Atoms.The remaining species of ions are separated by a Magnet and direct Electrostatic Energy Converters.
