Molding mass (I) comprises vinyl chloride polymer or polyvinyl chloride (5-94 wt.%) with K-value of 50-90; additives (2-25 wt.%) and a polymer of semi-crystalline or amorphous polyester, where the vinyl chloride polymer or polyvinyl chloride and polyester are as modifying agents for stretching capacity in molding mass blend and the content of the polyester is 5-90 wt.%. Molding mass (I) comprises vinyl chloride polymer or polyvinyl chloride (5-94 wt.%) with K-value of 50-90; additives (2-25 wt.%) and a polymer of semi-crystalline or amorphous polyester with a semi-crystalline value in the melted condition of at least same as/more largely 5 minutes, where the vinyl chloride polymer or polyvinyl chloride and polyester are as modifying agents for stretching capacity in molding mass blend and the content of the polyester is 5-90 wt.%. An independent claim is included for a film, obtained by (I) by calendaring or extruding (I) to a unstretchable film with a thickness of 100 mu m-1 mm and optionally drawing by in-line or off-line method steps with a drawing degree of 1.3-7 (preferably 3-4).
