According to the invention, the process consists in admixing in the dry concrete mixture 25...80% granular aggregate of heavy power plant ash type having a bulk density of 0.75...1.05 g/cmand a dimensional distribution of granules of up to 5 mm and 20...50% hydraulic binder of the silicon-calcium cement or alumina-calcium cement type having a content of at least 35% AlO, the percentage being expressed by mass, the product having a temperature of use in the range of 900...1100°C.
