The invention relates to a process for preventing road traffic accidents in situations involving priority. According to the invention, the process comprises an appropriate signal to be transmitted by the motor vehicle meant to give priority to the road user(s) having the right of way and it requires that each motor vehicle () is provided with some retaining buttons (), some green light bulbs or LEDs () placed on the dashboard of the motor vehicle (), some green LEDs or light bulbs () placed at the front part of the motor vehicle () and on the sides of the front part, two systems () for achieving alternating-rotary motion, two axles (), two levers (), a left hand-shaped member () and a right hand-shaped member ().
