The disclosed concept relates to 2 (two) methods of an efficient configuring of steam- or water-driven mixing ejector in various gas-turbine-cycle power-plant configurations to the end of highly efficient generation of energy/power: (1) steam-air mixing ejector in steam-injected simple/reheat gas-turbine-cycle configurations, driven by the steam raised in a heat recovery boiler, and (2) water-air mixing ejector in simple/ intercooled/reheat/recuperated gas-turbine-cycle configurations, driven by pressurized water. Both methods of mixing ejector configuring enable achieving of highly thermally-efficient gas-turbine-cycle configurations. The second method of configuring (water-air mixing ejector) can also serve to the end of an efficient production of high-pressure low-temperature compressed air The second method of mixing ejector configuring can also be applied in open/closed gas-turbine-cycle power-plant configurations powered externally by coal or solid/liquid waste fuel, nuclear fuel or renewable sources (Solar energy, biomass).
