Solar device for energy efficiency increasing of photovoltaic and photothermic systems is characterized in that mirror surfaces (1) having against active surfaces (2) of solar panels (3) mounted on a fixed supporting structure (15) an adjustable pitch angle. An upper edge (4) of a reflected surface (5) of solar radiation from the mirror surface (1) coincides with the upper edge (6) of the active surfaces (2) of the solar panels (3), the mirror surfaces (1) are tilting about a horizontal axis to a rotary hinge (9) mounted on the support fixed parts (7) and the mirror parts (8) bearing on the opposite side the mirror surfaces (1). A tilting mechanism (10) is mounted on the support fixed part (7) and on the mirror part (8) and is connected with a controller (11). Controller (11) has in a feedback circuit connected at least two differential solar sensors (12, 13), wherein the first solar sensor (12) of both direct and reflected solar radiation designed to tilt the mirror surfaces (1) in a clockwise direction P is placed on the right or on the top edge (6) of the active surfaces (2) solar panels (3) oriented to the opposite mirror surfaces (1) and the second solar Sensor (13) of direct solar radiation designed to tilt the mirror surfaces (1) in a counter- clockwise direction L is located on or near the upper edge (14) of the swing mirror surface (1) oriented to the sky.
