A method for piggery ferrum-pernicious anemia prevention includes intramuscular administration of a medication diluted with distilled water containing ferrum citrate with the use of nanotechnologies at that pigs are twice administered (on the 3rd and 8th day of life) a medication diluted with distilled water which except of ferrum citrate obtained with the use of nanotechnologies contains iron dextran.
