METHOD FOR TREATING POSTOPERATIVE INTESTINAL PARESIS

The method for treating postoperative intestinal paresis comprises the administration of the fluid into intestine via the probe installed intraoperatively. When patient lies on the left side, the siphon enema is administered. Then the fluid containing 300 mL of Endofalk supplemented with 5 mL of the conserved medicinal bile is administered into the colon. Finally, the patient should be kept in the right-sided position for 10 minutes.
