METHOD FOR CULTURE OF PORCINE ENTEROVIRUS IN HEP-2 CELL CULTURE

摘要

The method for culture of porcine enterovirus in Hep-2 cell culture comprises the application of the infectious dose to the monolayer of cell culture, the assay for enterovirus reproduction by cytopatic effect, the yield of virus-containing material in 72-96 h (CPE ++++) by three cycles of freezing-thawing of cell suspension. To obtain the suspension with high titer of porcine enterovirus, the heterologous Hep-2 cells are used.
