DOMESTIC GAS-GENERATING DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SYNTHESIS GAS OF BROWN LIGNITE

摘要

A domestic gas-generating device for the production of synthesis gas of brown lignite comprises reaction chamber of gas-generator, raw material loading device, system for fuel gas extraction and device for ash discharge, with hatch for raw material ingnition mounted at lower part of gas-generator. Loading hatch for raw material is arranged on hermetic cover with locking device, this prevents ingress of ambient air to level of sensor controlling amount of coal in the gas-generator reaction chamber and raw material feed sensor on the one side and synthesis gas offtake on the other side. Filter, reigerator and backing pump for creation of low-pressure area in the reaction chamber are connected in tandem to offtake, this provides production of more high-grade high-calorie synthesis gas.
