METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF VALUE AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERMANENT DEFORMATIONS IN BUT-WELDED JOINT OF PLATES OF HIGH-RESISTANCE STEELS

摘要

A method for the determination of value and distribution of permanent deformations in but-welded joint of plates of high-resistance steels consists in that test surface of welded joint is made as microslice, measuring bases are determined and deformation thereof is detected, and according to results obtained the conclusion is made on value and distribution of permanent deformations in but-welded joint of plates. Point values of welded joint surface stresses are selected as measuring bases, according to stress values the degree of permanent deformation is determined, and distribution thereof is determined by minimization of functional of theoretical and experimental values of permanent deformations.
