The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. A method for smelting and shaft of blast furnace is clamed. A method for smelting comprises the additionally making of “wall” effect of gas permeability increase of charge materials on the outer surface of provided rod in the axial zone of the mouth and in the top part of furnace shaft. At that the shaft along the axis additionally comprises the central disintegrator made as a rod freely mounted by fixing mechanisms on the ends of radial disintegrators; and the top part of the central disintegrator with load-handling element is located over the charge level in the mouth. The invention increases the smelting productivity to 4.5-9.0 % in the blast furnace and decreases theessential consumptions of coke to 1.3-2.6 %.
