The invention relates to ecology and biotechnology, in particular for rapid substandard pesticides microbiological transformation into biohumus in industrial scale. Pre-crushed sunflower husk, which is used as a thermophilic soil microorganisms consuming substrate, are hydrated with water which is activated by temperatures 200-300 °C and a pressure of 150-300 bar simultaneously act when the pesticides concentration is 60-100 g per 1 kg of husk. As a result the husk fiber disintegration in the substrate, which contains a lot of carbohydrates, on the first stage is so extensively, that the substrate temperature rises up to 50-60 °C. Reducing the substrate toxicity in the next step helps to prevent nodule bacteria of pulse plants poisoning in their original rich soil at concentrations of 40-60 g of ground per 1 kg of husk. All transactions of the proposed method are performed either in plastic or rubber-cord sealed containers, which are equipped with pneumatic valves, that provide substrate aeration and mixing without breach of integrity of containers.
