TYMOFEIEVA'S METHOD FOR NONINVASIVE TREATMENT OF CERVICAL AND VAGINAL PATHOLOGY

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to gynecology and may be used for the treatment of the cervical and vaginal pathology [ectopy (erosion), dysplasia, vaginitis (colpitis), bacterial vaginosis]. The method is realized as follows: First, the vaginal and cervical mucosa as well the vaginal fornix are treated with 3 % solution of the hydrogen peroxide provided as the vaginal bath for 1-2 minutes. Then the mucosa is wiped dry and treated with undiluted Cyteal for 30-60 seconds followed by the treatment of Octinisept administered with cotton stick for 30-60 seconds and the oil solution of Chlorophylliptum. Then magnetolaser treatment of the external orifice of uterus with the vaginal attachment follows (modulation frequency of 37.5 Hz, amplitude of 4-5 µm, the duration – Days 1 and 2 – 3 min, Days 3 and 4 – 3.5 min, Days 5 and 6 – 4 min, Days 7 and 8 – 4.5 min, Days 9 and 10 – 5 min). The final step of the treatment consists in the insertion of the wad soaked with sea buckthorn oil and the ointment containing different medicinal products dependant on etiopathogenesis, namely Clotrimasol in case of bacterial vaginosis, Myconasol in case of candidal colpitis, Methyluracil and Miramistin in case of erosion or dysplasia; exposure time 0f 4-5 hours, 7-10 procedures in total.
