The invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric surgery, and may be used in the elective and urgent surgery to treat inguinal and inguinoscrotal hernias in the young boys including infants. The method is characterized in that the detachment of hernia sac from the components of the neurovascular bundle, testis and the deferent duct is provided by hydraulic soft tissue dissection between the walls of the hernia sac and the deferent duct and the vessels with 0.25 % novocaine solution.
