Active sonar with concentrated towed antennas of variable depth contains the ship part and towed part, and the towed part of the sonar includes a cable-tow, towed body, emitting a concentrated sonar antenna and receiving concentrated sonar antenna, the towed body is connected to the ship part of the hydroacoustic station via cable tow. Towed sonar part is further provided with a hydrodynamic immerser, where radiating antenna is built with small (up to 0,3 λ) wave height.
