The method of sample preparation for studies with ordered arrangement of nanoparticles, which comprises applying the suspension of nanoparticles to a mesh for samples with removing liquid. The nanoparticle suspension after dispersion is applied from the ultrasonic vibrator with spraying suspension drops on the mesh for the samples, which is located on the cooling surface with a temperature which promotes the minimum transition time of the phase transition liquid - solid, then in a closed volume sublimation is carried out and frozen solvent is removed from themesh, on which there are left not agglomerated nanoparticles.
