LOCK OF THE PROXIMAL FEMORAL EPIPHYSIS IN CHILDREN

Lock of the proximal femoral epiphysis in children includes hollow cylindrical rod threaded at its distal end. The rod has distal and proximal parts that are made of thread opposite direction, which at length 9/10 located in multidirectional coupling with internal thread, which coincide with the thread of the respective rod length and 1/10 distal rod located outside the sleeve, and it has the appropriate diameter, and the proximal end of the rod that no thread has two parallel coots to install the locking washers from the hole for the screw.
