A method of medical and psychological assistance to patients with vascular dementia includes the nootropics therapy. Cavinton Forte 10 mg (1 tablet) is administered inside 3 times daily during three months against in combination with occupational therapy, including daily activities training carrying out, namely – the formation of self-help habits with a repetition rate if necessary.
