A device for measuring intra-abdominal pressure of the operated patients contains liquid manometer with a tee and a valve. Additionally, the device includes drainage with circular wrapped with a rubber balloon of an ellipse shape, which is connected to the gauge by a thin silicone tube that runs in the lumen of drainage.
