A method for treatment of transitory ischemic attack of lacunar genesis involves the use of antiplatelet, antihypertensive agents and statins. After determining the pathogenic lacunar subtype of transient ischemic attack, from the first day of treatment, Pentoxifylline at a dose of 5 ml and Ceraxon at the dose of 1000 mg per 200 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution is additionally administered by drip intravenous infusion 1 time per day for 5-7 days followed by intramuscular administration of Ceraxon at a daily dose of 500 mg for 7-10 days.
