method for SIMULATION of chronic immobilization stress intensified withthe effect of acute stress

The method of modeling chronic immobilization stress, intensified with action of acute stress, is in the keeping laboratory animals in the experiment under the influence of long-term daily stress. Animals were exposed to immobilization stress for six weeks by limiting the living space, wherein the stress load on animals further increases, increasing stress condition of the animals with acute stress at the day of their withdrawal from of the experiment. The conclusion about the negative impact of postnatal stress on the activity of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme level of protection of animals of different gender is made on laboratory data.
