The integrated system and/or process that relates to registration, calling, listening to content and collecting data via a mobile phone through subscriber and campaign management systems consists of registration process transmitting unit which sends registration information to the integrated subscriber servicing system. Upon receiving a signal from caller's mobile phone the integrated subscriber servicing system selects and sends audio or text or picture file, based on the subscriber and campaign data before connecting the call to the Calleee's Receiving unit.
