The present utility model presents a wine barrel from mangium (Acacia mangium), and the process for the preparation, air- and kiln-drying of lumber; preparation of the staves for barrel making; assembly of the staves into barrel; and cleaning, waxing and leak testing of the barrels for wine aging/storage.
