Coordination procedure fleet for attendance of events in dynamic environments

The invention relates to a coordination model for any type of service for which the objective is to attend events that may occur unexpectedly in any area of a region of influence and wherein a fleet of vehicles is used to carry out the attendance. The invention is centered around services of this type wherein the time taken by a vehicle to arrive at each of the events that may arise should be as fast as possible. Arrival time, in this sense, means the time that elapses from the detection of the event to the moment when the vehicle arrives at the place of the event and is ready to begin the assistance. Examples of this type of service could be: medical emergency services that attend to patients, surveillance/police service whose duty is to attend events, fire-fighting services, or taxi services attending to passengers.
