The additional tank (1) further comprises support means (14) on the main reservoir (100) and is sized to receive at least the equivalent volume of the liquid and solid contents in the main reservoir (100) to end of fermentation. The invention also proposes a reservoir system comprising the additional tank and a fermentation process from the additional tank.
