The present invention describes a method and system which performs a count of the real time subtitling for television and radio broadcast on one or more transport streams, based signaling and data transport stream and optionally programming available in a configurable server service. Furthermore, based on computations of time and daily programs subtitling of each channel, the system is capable of generating alarms failure rates subtitling, and keep a legal copy of the transport streams legally required for subsequent verification issuance of such failure.
