A metallurgical composition of materials in particulate form, to form composite products self-lubricating shaped and sintered, characterized by comprising a main metallic material in particulate form as preponderantly chemical element, where the main metallic material particulate is iron and at least one stiffening element in the form of particles, forming a structural matrix (10) in the composite product under sintering, where the stiffening element in the form of particles having the function of hardening the structural matrix (10); a lubricant (20) nonmetallic solid particulate, at least partially soluble in the structural matrix, wherein the lubricant (20) solid particulate is a mixture consisting of graphite and hexagonal boron nitride; an alloying component, with the function of stabilizing the iron alpha phase of; and at least one alloying element in particulate form capable of forming, during the sintering of the metallurgical composition conformed, a liquid phase between the material in particulate form which forms the structural matrix (10) and the solid lubricant in particulate form (20), agglomerating the last discrete particles, wherein the lubricant (20) solid particulate represents a lower or equal volume percentage of 15% of the volume of the composite object forming and stiffening element particulate , the alloying element particulate and alloy component by silicon with content 2% to 5% by weight of the metallurgical composition being defined.
