This invention is an apparatus for automated analysis of the microbiological quality of water using the colorimetric analysis technique. The described apparatus is performed autonomously by sampling, this preparation, culture, reading results and sending the data remotely. To this it is based on colorimetric techniques for coliform in water samples by the method most probable number. The apparatus consists of a mechanical part, responsible for the management and handling of all elements, culturing the sample and imaging; a hydraulic part, responsible for managing the liquids involved in the process, and a device for sending data.
