One method for sending traffic from a first device of a wireless local area network, WLAN, to a second device of the WLAN, the method comprising: synchronizing a clock of the second device with a clock of the first device sending a synchronization function time, TSF, from the first device, including clock information of the first device, sending a frame of planning elements, SEF from the first device to the second device, said SEF time absolute start for a first interval service, setting said absolute start time as a TSF value and send the traffic from the first to the second device device in a time interval after time absolute start.
