A fixing system of a brush head assembly for a personal care apparatus that includes an apparatus body, comprising: a hub member (18) that includes a plurality of locking elements around the periphery thereof; an outer brush head part (22) having a first cleaning member extending therefrom (33) the outer brush head part having a connection structure (35, 36) for joining so that it can be remove the brush head part outside the personal care apparatus; and an inner brush head part (24) having a second cleaning member (41) extending therefrom, configured to fit inside the outer brush head part, which is configured to surround the part of the inner brush head, in which the inner brush head part includes a plurality of legs that hang down, at least some (56) of which is coupled with the locking elements (68) on the hub member, such that the oscillating movement of the bucket member results in a similar movement in the inner brush head part, characterized in that the bucket member is adapted to be secured to a driven shaft of a personal care apparatus, and in which at least some (42) of the legs that hang down are configured to be detachably retained on a part of the outer brush head, providing a bonding relationship between them, but allowing the rotational oscillation of the inner brush head part relative to the outer brush head part, in which the inner brush head part and the outer brush head part are configured relative to each other and to the hub member such that the fixing of the outer brush head part to the apparatus body by means of said connection structure results in both the connection of the outer brush head part to the apparatus body and in the connection of the inner brush head part to the hub member.
