Tumor suppression using human placental perfusate and intermediate natural killer cells that come from human placenta

Human nucleated cells of the placental perfusate for use in a method for the treatment of a tumor in an individual, wherein the human nucleated cells of the placental perfusate comprise intermediate natural placental killer cells CD56 +, CD16- and are susceptible to being obtained by perfusion of a human placenta that has been drained from the umbilical cord and rinsed to remove residual blood to produce the placental perfusate comprising nucleated placental cells; and isolation of the nucleated placental cells of said placental perfusate.
